Team
We seek a Senior Tax Manager to join our in-house tax team within the National Finance Office (NFO). Reporting to the CFO and Finance Partner, you will deliver premium service related to tax affairs and compliance for our partnerships and partners.
Your attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines will enable partners to focus on their work, knowing their tax obligations are managed efficiently.
The NFO handles all internal financial matters, with hubs in Preston and Crawley. A hybrid working model is possible, with regular contact with the CFO or Finance Partner and collaboration with the wider Finance team.
Overall job purpose
Manage all aspects of partnership and partners' tax compliance for 10 RSM LLPs and approximately 400 partners, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Liaise with HMRC on personal tax matters as needed. Support the CFO and Finance Partner in governance and provide advice on partnership tax issues, including Salaried Member rules.
