The role offers real flexibility: employed with a competitive salary or a self-employed arrangement, with a warm handover to meet clients before the adviser exits in early 2026.

Qualifications

• Qualified to Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent).
• Proven track record managing client relationships and delivering holistic financial advice.
• Strong capability in client retention and relationship development.
• Experience managing established client banks (Desirable).
• Knowledge of the Cornwall region (Desirable).
