Job summary

William Highbourne Wealth Management is seeking an employed Financial Adviser to join their East Devon practice. You’ll take on an established book from day one, with no self-generation required, and work alongside two Chartered principals.

The package includes a £60,000 basic salary, 25% of initial fees from the first pound, car allowance and a 5% pension, with expected earnings around £82k in year one and £100k+ by year three, plus 25 days holiday and flexible working anchored near Woodbury.

Qualifications

• Level 4 Diploma or equivalent and Competent Adviser Status required.
• Experience advising clients in a regulated environment (IFA/wealth management preferred).
• Commitment to pursuing Chartered progression funded by the firm.

Responsibilities

• Advise and build relationships with an established client book from day one.
• Utilise firm support to focus on advice rather than administration or prospecting.
• Collaborate with two Chartered principals toward Chartered progression.
