The Infrastructure & Utilities Associate/ Vice President role is based in London within the Origination & Advisory division, which combines Investment Banking Coverage, Advisory, and Capital Markets to serve major clients worldwide across various industries including Infrastructure & Utilities.

You will coordinate and assist in the origination and execution of Infrastructure & Utilities transactions with European clients.

Your key responsibilities

• Supporting the I&U coverage effort for key European accounts
• Conducting sector and company research, financial analysis, valuation, and modelling
• Communicating with clients and senior bankers during projects
• Mentoring team members

Your skills and experience

• Relevant I&U Corporate Finance experience, especially in advisory and capital markets
• Proven deal execution and structuring skills in M&A
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and initiative-taking abilities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to influence and work with cross-regional teams
