Moelis & Company is seeking an Analyst to join its Infrastructure and Transport team in London. You will support senior bankers in transaction execution and client coverage, contributing to analysis, modelling and market research across Europe and globally.

Ideal candidates will have a demonstrated interest in infrastructure through research or internships, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative, detail-oriented approach to work in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Interest in infrastructure supported by research, internships or sector knowledge.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with basics in accounting, corporate finance and valuation.
• Financial modelling skills appropriate to experience level.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills and willingness to take ownership.

Mansioni

• Conduct detailed financial and strategic analysis of infrastructure companies and assets, including valuation work using DCF, comparables and precedent transactions.
• Build and maintain financial models to support valuation, transaction analysis and client decision-making in infrastructure projects.
• Assist in preparing client presentations, pitch materials, information memoranda and other transaction documentation.
• Research infrastructure subsectors, companies and investors, monitoring market developments and investment trends.
• Support the execution of live M&A, capital raising and financing mandates, including due diligence and data room management.
• Work closely with senior bankers to support client coverage and identify opportunities and evaluate strategic alternatives.
