Job summary

Telent Technology Services Ltd is seeking a Technical Trainer to deliver HESA training across England, with classroom and site-based delivery. Travel and occasional overnight stays are required to reach multiple locations, ideally in the south of England.

You will review training materials, ensure standards compliance, and support engineers to achieve operative status. The role requires experience in training delivery or a Level 3 in adult education to help identify and develop effective

• Experience delivering training programmes in a professional setting.
• Ability to create and update training materials.
• Collaborate with Operations, QEHS and Training teams to deliver programmes.

• Deliver HESA training per the Highways Training Plan.
• Review training products for compliance.
• Train engineers in classroom and field environments.
• Expedite trainees to full operative status.
• Assess training needs and design initiatives.
