Job summary
Hunter Douglas Europe is undertaking a major multi-year transformation of its infrastructure landscape. We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure Team Leader (Server, Storage & Cloud) – EMEA to drive standardisation, modernisation and resilience of infrastructure services across a diverse European environment.
This is a UK based role and a key position within the Infrastructure Leadership Team. You will provide both people leadership and technical direction, ensuring secure, scalable
Qualifications
- Degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related discipline.
- Experience leading infrastructure teams in complex enterprise environments.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, AD, virtualization, storage and cloud technologies.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a regional infrastructure team across Europe, promoting collaboration and technical excellence.
- Drive standardisation and consolidation of infra tools, processes and platforms.
- Provide technical leadership in server, storage, AD, virtualization, backup and DR services.
- Establish and govern infrastructure standards, SLAs and best practices.
- Support data centre modernisation, cloud adoption and transformation programmes.
- Champion automation and continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Partner with stakeholders, vendors and technical teams across the EMEA region.
