Title: Junior Infrastructure Support Engineer

Client: Quant Fund – Global collaborative firm run by passionate Computer Scientists

Salary: up to £100,000 + bonus + package/perks

Location: London, Liverpool Street (Hybrid/Remote)

My client is a dynamic global quant fund that is building cutting-edge systems from a beautiful London skyscraper. In this position, you will be part of a skilled team focused on ensuring the reliability and availability of key services, such as Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Build & Deploy processes, Research platforms, and Trading systems. (A full and detailed job spec is available)

The successful candidate will have the following skills/experience:

1. 1-5 years of commercial experience within a DevOps, SRE, Production, or Systems Engineer role
2. Solid Python coding experience
3. An understanding of relational databases and querying (SQL)
4. Must love Linux
5. A personality and genuine passion for technology!
6. (Nice to have) Computer Science Degree
