Role - Infrastructure Support Engineer (12 month FTC)
Location - Stoke-on-Trent
Salary - £40,000

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience working in an ICT service desk environment at 2nd, 3rd line - Essential
• Experience of managing people and projects to deliver effective ICT technology services. - Desirable
• Experience of working as part of a team - Essential
• Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Cloud Hosting Systems (Azure), Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL, LAN/WAN Networking - Essential
• Microsoft MCP, MCSAMCSE or CompTIA A+ or BTEC National Diploma for IT Practitioners - Desirable
• Supporting and maintaining ICT Support - Essential
