Job summary

Elliott Moss Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Infrastructure Support Engineer to maintain and optimize enterprise IT infrastructure. You will ensure availability, performance, and security of server systems while supporting daily operations and project work.

The role involves patching, monitoring, incident resolution, and collaboration with vendors and stakeholders to implement deployments and upgrades. A relevant degree and 1–3 years’ experience are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server administration and lifecycle management.
• Experience with Microsoft Server OS and enterprise infrastructure technologies.
• Exposure to Nutanix AHV, Citrix Virtual Desktop, Linux, and enterprise security tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for maintenance, patching, and administration of server environments (Microsoft, Nutanix, Citrix).
• Monitor and maintain server infrastructure, load balancers, proxies for high availability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure incidents to minimize downtime.

We are seeking an Infrastructure Support Engineer to support the maintenance, administration, and optimization of enterprise IT infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and security of server systems while supporting daily operations, project implementation, and infrastructure enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for the maintenance, patching, and administration of Microsoft, Nutanix, and Citrix server environments.
• Monitor and maintain server infrastructure, load balancers, proxies, and related enterprise systems to ensure high availability.
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve infrastructure incidents to minimize system downtime.
• Support service requests, change requests, and routine operational activities in accordance with established procedures.
• Assist with compliance, security, and audit-related activities to ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory requirements.
• Manage IT asset inventory, including tracking, lifecycle management, disposal, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, vendors, and clients on infrastructure deployments, upgrades, refresh activities, and technical implementations.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and system records.
• Participate in infrastructure improvement initiatives and project implementation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure in Microsoft, Nutanix, or Citrix environments.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server administration and infrastructure lifecycle management.
• Experience with Microsoft Server Operating Systems and enterprise infrastructure technologies.
• Exposure to one or more of the following technologies is preferred: Nutanix Acropolis Hypervisor (AHV) Citrix Virtual Desktop Ubuntu and Red Hat Linux Microsoft System Center Suite BeyondTrust PIM/PAM RSA Security Appliance Splunk SolarWinds Tenable Vulnerability Management Veeam Backup & Replication Ansible Automation Platform
