Description

Exciting opportunity for an Infrastructure Structured Finance Director - EMEA to join a European Corporate & Investment Bank in London.

The role involves:

1. Origination, structuring, execution, and portfolio management of project finance and acquisition finance transactions in the energy, infrastructure, and TMT sectors across the EMEA region.
2. Supervising transaction, portfolio, and administrative activities of vice presidents, associates, and analysts.
3. Coordinating with internal stakeholders.
4. Monitoring internal ratings, risk assessments, and supervising reports, credit reviews, waivers, and amendments related to the portfolio.
5. Ensuring compliance with Certified Person requirements.

Profile

Minimum 7-8 years of experience in energy, infrastructure, and TMT project finance and structured finance transactions, including due diligence, credit analysis, execution, modeling, documentation, and administration.

Competencies Required

• A degree in finance, economics, or accounting.
• Formal credit training.
• Extensive background in credit analysis and financial modeling.
• Knowledge of financial products, finance, accounting, and documentation.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Strong credit, analytical, and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to analyze transactions and identify industry trends.
• Experience acting as a transaction manager or deal team coordinator.
• Advisory experience is a plus.
• Team-oriented personality.
