Severn Trent Services, the commercial arm of Severn Trent Group, is recruiting an Infrastructure Services Operative to cover the Cambridgeshire area. You will install and maintain water pipes and fittings, work in a two-man team, and operate a digger while travelling across your region daily.
No formal qualifications are required; however, a full UK driving licence and a proactive safety mindset are essential. You’ll join a team focused on high-quality service and community care.

As a Infrastructure Services Operative, you will be installing and maintaining water pipes and the associated fittings on our customer’s sites. You will be a part of a two-man team and complete the work up to the highest quality and health and safety standards. In this role you will be operating a digger.
In this role you will be able to start work from home and travel across your allocated region on a daily basis.
Whilst there are no formal qualifications required for this role, we’re looking for people who are keen to learn about water mains servicing, water fitting installation and repair. It would be helpful if you had some knowledge of Health and Safety and risk assessments.
However, as the role requires daily travel, a full UK driving licence is an absolute necessity.
