Job summary

FSP Consulting Services Limited is seeking an Infrastructure Security Engineer to join our Cyber Engineering team. You will provide expert consultancy across Microsoft-aligned cyber security offerings, focusing on Active Directory, Windows Server, hybrid identity and platform security.

You will assess security posture, identify risks, and develop remediation plans aligned with business objectives and risk requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in infrastructure and identity security across Microsoft environments.
• Ability to translate security requirements into practical controls.
• Proven consultancy or engineering experience in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor on infrastructure security strategy, controls and best practices.
• Guide on Active Directory, Windows Server, Group Policy, authentication and access control for secure identities.
• Assess security risks and deliver actionable remediation plans.
• Deliver gap analyses and maturity assessments across identity, infrastructure and hybrid environments.
• Promote standard architectures and repeatable security practices across customer environments.
• Contribute to service development and knowledge sharing within the Cyber Engineering practice.
