Job summary

FSP Consulting Services seeks an Infrastructure Security Engineer to join the Cyber Engineering team. You will provide technical consultancy across Microsoft-aligned security offerings, focusing on Active Directory, Windows Server, and hybrid identity in complex environments.

• Translate security requirements into scalable controls that balance confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
• Strong cross-stakeholder collaboration and communication to support operational needs.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor on infrastructure security strategy, controls and best practices.
• Provide guidance on Active Directory, Windows Server, authentication and access control.
• Assess infrastructure security risks and control effectiveness; deliver remediation plans.
• Deliver security gap analyses and maturity assessments across identity, infrastructure and hybrid environments.
• Drive consistency across customer environments by promoting standards and repeatable security practices.
• Design and assure secure, scalable solutions aligned to customer needs and regulatory obligations.
• Contribute to cyber engineering practice through service development and knowledge sharing.
