Job Description:

Division: The Group Business Solutions (GBS)

Your Role: As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting the infrastructure of production, test, and development environments. You will develop expertise in services managed by the Infrastructure & Security team, with existing knowledge in infrastructure & security technologies used in the financial services industry. You will actively represent the department in projects related to your area of expertise.

Key activities:

• Manage IT infrastructure to ensure production stability, availability, and security.
• Troubleshoot incidents and problems.
• Provide technical advice and guidelines to development teams and project leaders for efficient use of systems infrastructure, adhering to best practices and company policies.
• Participate in reviewing applicative designs and deploying in production.
• Maintain software versioning and patching.
• Ensure high availability and recoverability of systems and data.
• Assist in aligning practices and processes with regulatory requirements.
• Engage in project work, analyzing and delivering backlog items or Kanban deliverables.

Technical Skillsets:

• Experience in Infrastructure Engineering, including networking and security infrastructure.
• Exposure to DevOps Infrastructure Support / Site Reliability Engineering, with broad knowledge of IT infrastructure, including Azure Cloud technologies.
• Layer 2/3 switch configuration & support (Cisco IOS).
• Firewall configuration (Cisco ASA, SonicWall, Imperva WAF).
• IDS/IPS experience, preferably with Cisco Firepower.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN.
• SAN storage administration (iSCSI, NFS).
• Backup solutions and VMware ESXi (vSphere, vCenter).
• Microsoft Server Operating Systems (2012, 2016, 2019).
• Windows 10 and Active Directory (GPO, ADDS, etc.).
• SQL Server Administration (2014, 2016).

You may also participate in watch duty, weekend work, and production support activities such as incident, problem, and change management for the Infrastructure & Security team.
