Job summary

Turner & Townsend, London-based, is seeking a QA capable Risk Manager to join the Infrastructure team on high-profile programmes across London and the south east. You will implement integrated risk management, identifying threats and opportunities and informing investment decisions.

The role requires experience in probabilistic modelling, risk reporting and stakeholder engagement, with preferred APM/IRM certification and a background in rail, aviation, water/utilities, highways or defence.

Qualifications

• Qualitative and quantitative risk assessment on large infrastructure programmes.
• Experience delivering risk management with cost and schedule integration.
• APM/IRM risk certification preferred; strong communication required.

Responsibilities

• Implement integrated risk management framework across major capital programmes.
• Identify threats and opportunities and prioritise actions.
• Maintain risk budget visibility and inform contingency planning.
• Produce timely risk reports and support client/contractor risk reviews.
• Coordinate with contractors and stakeholders to align risk responses.
