NUVIA UK, part of VINCI Construction, is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery of infrastructure projects from inception to commissioning in Glasgow. The role is hybrid, requiring on-site engagement and collaboration with a diverse team.

You will manage budgets, contracts (NEC4), and stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery, compliance, and robust financial reporting. A strong construction background and IT skills are essential.

Qualifications

• On-site availability and ability to obtain Security Clearance.
• Hands-on construction background with building services experience.
• Experience delivering infrastructure works.
• Strong commercial knowledge of cost/value and delivery.
• Experience managing NEC4 contracts and change control.
• IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management across preparation, delivery and commissioning phases.
• Provide project management capability and deliver project objectives.
• Lead stakeholders with effective leadership and collaboration.
• Manage contracts with partners and suppliers; monitor performance.
• Control budgets and produce financial reporting and forecasting.
• Support governance reviews and ensure progress and compliance.
• Manage the project team per High Performing Team ethos.
• Ensure compliance with processes and operating procedures.
• Close contracts and settle financials.
• Monitor suppliers and change controls; assess schedules.
• Develop cash flow forecasts and budget allocations.
• Provide financial information and upgrade internal systems forecasts.
• Apply risk management and change decisions.
• Review major milestones and inform direction of work.
• Draw down funds and implement change control where relevant.
