Anglian Water Group is seeking a Project Manager to join the Major Infrastructure Delivery team in the UK. You will drive capital projects from development to implementation, coordinating internal teams, delivery partners and suppliers to ensure successful delivery.

The role emphasizes health, safety, CDM compliance and stakeholder engagement across authorities and regulators. You will manage timelines, budgets and risks while promoting data-led decision making and continuous improvement in

Qualifications

• Experience delivering capital projects in infrastructure, utilities or similarly complex environments.
• Experience working in complex, multi-partner delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of the project lifecycle and delivery models.
• Knowledge of health, safety and CDM regulations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines.
• Strong commercial awareness and focus on project performance.

Responsibilities

• Promote a strong health, safety and wellbeing culture.
• Lead the delivery of capital projects from development through to implementation.
• Manage timelines, risks, budgets and project performance.
• Drive collaboration across internal teams, delivery partners and contractors.
• Support effective, data-led project delivery and decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with CDM, governance and safety standards.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities and regulators.
• Contribute to programme governance and investment decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement and best-practice delivery.
• Support the mobilisation and development of effective delivery models.
