Job Description:

Location: Hybrid (X2 days/week from Sheffield)

We are seeking Infrastructure Project Manager to support changes across the bank's real estate portfolio. This includes new building delivery, refurbishments, expansion, consolidation, and building exits; with additional support for technology upgrades to estate-supporting systems such as Protective Security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Confident IT Infrastructure Project Manager with experience delivering multiple Real Estate or Data Centre projects.
• Understanding of the RIBA design and construction process, and practical integration of Technology deliverables.
• Management of 3rd Party Telco Circuit delivery, including the Wayleave process.
• Coordinating multiple and concurrent projects, ensuring delivery to strict deadlines.
• Experience with Waterfall and Agile frameworks for Infrastructure projects.
• Financial literacy to analyze data and provide conclusions and recommendations.
• Managing projects within structured governance frameworks in a regulated industry.
