Location: Hybrid (2 days/week from Sheffield)

We are seeking Infrastructure Project Manager to support changes across the bank's real estate portfolio. This includes new building delivery, refurbishments, expansion, consolidation, and building exits, along with technology upgrades to estate support systems such as Protective Security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager with a history of delivering multiple Real Estate or Data Centre projects.
• Understanding of the RIBA design and construction process and the integration of Technology deliverables.
• Managing 3rd Party Telco Circuit delivery, including the Wayleave process.
• Coordinating multiple projects and meeting strict deadlines.
• Using Waterfall and Agile frameworks to deliver Infrastructure projects.
• Financially literate, able to analyze financial data and provide insights and recommendations.
• Managing projects within structured governance frameworks in a regulated industry.
