Join us as an Infrastructure Project Manager to play a crucial role in the Enterprise Foundation Platform’s team of Global Technology & Information Security (GTIS) by managing storage change projects that help the organisation achieve its strategic objectives. This role offers the opportunity to work with the latest technologies on complex initiatives and to develop an agile approach.

To be successful as an Infrastructure Project Manager, you should have:

• Demonstrable experience as a project manager implementing infrastructure change, with a hands-on approach to risk and issue management, status reporting, and budget tracking.
• Experience with technology change management, leading change and transformation.
• Experience leading complex projects with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders, including internal and external parties.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of managing senior stakeholders.

Additional valued skills include:

• Experience within an Agile development environment.
• Proficiency with Jira.
• Relevant project management and Agile certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, PMI.

This role will be based in Knutsford.

Purpose of the role

To manage change projects that support the organisation's strategic objectives, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and in compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

Accountabilities

• Manage change projects ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans covering scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior management and external partners.
• Manage project teams, ensuring proper resourcing and skillsets.
• Oversee project budgets and financial reporting.
• Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Facilitate change management activities, including training and communication.
