Job description

Location: Hybrid (X2 days/week from Sheffield)

We are seeking Infrastructure Project Manager to support changes across the bank's real estate portfolio. This includes new building delivery, refurbishments, expansion, consolidation, and building exits, along with technology upgrades to estate-supporting systems such as Protective Security.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Confident IT Infrastructure Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering multiple Real Estate or Data Centre projects.
2. Understanding of the RIBA design and construction process, and the integration of Technology deliverables into that process.
3. Management of 3rd Party Telco Circuit delivery, including the Wayleave process.
4. Coordinating multiple concurrent projects and delivering within strict deadlines.
5. Experience with Waterfall and Agile frameworks for Infrastructure project delivery.
6. Financial literacy, capable of analyzing financial data and providing conclusions and recommendations.
7. Managing projects in accordance with structured governance frameworks in a regulated industry.
