Job summary

Fisher German LLP's Infrastructure Services division in Newark seeks an experienced Infrastructure Project Manager to lead complex projects from routing to completion, providing land consultancy and stakeholder engagement. The role supports the UK Net Zero agenda and offers hybrid working with a 37.5-hour week.

You will advise on land references, statutory notices, compensation negotiations and maintain client relationships across major infrastructure sectors such as electricity and water.

Qualifications

• MRICS or AssocRICS is required.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel for business development and client meetings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across multiple levels.

Responsibilities

• Advising on and managing complex infrastructure projects from local to national scale.
• Providing land consultancy for maintenance or new equipment installations.
• Engaging with landowners and major stakeholders; supporting statutory processes.
• Negotiating compensation and acquiring rights to facilitate projects.
• Maintaining client relationships and reporting progress to clients and teams.
