An established industry player is seeking a skilled Infrastructure/Project Finance Lawyer with over 6 years of PQE to join their London team. We are assisting a leading asset manager in recruiting an infrastructure / project finance lawyer in London. The team works approximately 4 days a week from the office.
The successful candidate will take on a senior, lead role, primarily advising on project and infrastructure opportunities sourced by the asset origination team. There may also be opportunities to work on other asset financing transactions in the general finance, structured finance, and capital markets sectors.

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years PQE from a top law firm or equivalent in-house role, with demonstrable infrastructure / project finance experience across diverse assets and a strong understanding of security concepts. Ability to analyze complex financing structures, identify strengths and weaknesses, and suggest improvements is essential. Experience advising on projects outside the UK in the USA, Europe, or Australia is desirable.
