Position: Assistant Project Manager

Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)

As an Assistant Project Manager, you'll support the delivery of Minor Works projects, including CCTV, PA/VA, and Speaker Systems, in collaboration with Transport for London (TfL). This role offers flexibility to work remotely with two days per week in our Canning Town office.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of TfL Minor Works projects
• Prepare cost estimates and project quotes
• Assist with project mobilization and milestone tracking
• Monitor project finances and performance
• Coordinate project teams and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with QEHS standards
• Contribute to monthly contract reviews

Candidate Profile

Proactive, organized, with experience in project coordination or management within infrastructure sectors. Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities are essential.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience in Rail, Telecoms, Construction, or Utilities projects
• Strong commercial and financial awareness
• Knowledge of QEHS standards
• Excellent multitasking and time management skills
• Clear, confident communicator
• Experience with TfL or London Underground projects is desirable
• Working towards APM/PRINCE2 certification is a plus
