Job Description:

Salary: £75,000 plus benefits (Including Bonus up to 25%, attractive pension, Life Assurance, Medical, Shares, Travel Allowance, etc.)

Location: Hybrid working from home and 3 days per week in Staines.

Role:

You will be a crucial part of the Infrastructure Procurement Team, responsible for £1bn of Capital Expenditure, supporting various workstreams including Long Term Growth, Asset Management, Revenue Generation, and Carbon and Sustainability.

You will work closely with the Head of Infrastructure to manage the end-to-end Procurement and delivery of Capital Works, Infrastructure, and Services. Your focus will be on strategically developing long-term assets that support passenger capacity, decarbonisation goals, and opportunities for improvement and monetisation.

Key to the role is fostering and maintaining robust relationships with the organisation's diverse, top-tier supplier base.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in managing Procurement Projects across their full lifecycle.
  • Experience in End-to-end Procurement, including Pre-Contract and Post-Contract Management.
  • An interest in long-term construction asset development, including related works and services.
  • Knowledge of the NEC suite of contracts.
