Job summary

Fractile Ltd. is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Platform Engineer to join our growing hardware-software team in London. You will own CI/CD pipelines, build systems, and observability across hybrid cloud and on-prem environments.

You'll work with Bazel, Python, Rust, and system components to ship reliable tooling used by all engineers. The role emphasizes reliability, performance, and scalable developer workflows in AI hardware context.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software, platform, or infrastructure engineering.
• Experience with CI/CD for large-scale products and monitoring at scale.
• Experience with cross-language build systems (Bazel, Buck, Pants, Please).
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform/OpenTofu, or Pulumi).
• Experience with monitoring and observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana).
• Experience with DevOps/SRE principles: SLOs, alerting, incident management.

Responsibilities

• Own the CI infrastructure end-to-end: create, maintain and debug reproducible CI pipelines.
• Build and maintain infrastructure observability, alerting, runbooks, and incident response workflows.
• Own infrastructure as code, automating provisioning of hybrid cloud and on‑prem resources.
• Scale and maintain Fractile's Bazel monorepo across Python, C++, Rust, SystemVerilog and ML workloads.
• Shape the infrastructure and platform experience for every engineer at Fractile.
