Job summary

AUREOS INFRASTRUCTURE SERVICES LIMITED is seeking a detail-oriented Planner to develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules for infrastructure projects in the Bathgate area. You will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and reliable baselines.

Responsibilities include identifying critical paths, forecasting completion dates, and managing change control with cross-disciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Planner in the infrastructure or construction industry.
• Proficiency in project planning software such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for schedule development.
• Identify critical path activities and potential risks to project timelines.
• Monitor project progress against established baselines, identifying deviations and recommending corrective actions.
• Prepare regular progress reports and forecast completion dates.
• Facilitate planning meetings and communicate schedule updates to relevant teams.
• Implement and manage change control procedures related to project schedules.
• Contribute to the development of planning best practices within the organization.
• Ensure all planning activities comply with company policies and relevant industry standards.
