As a Infrastructure Operations Delivery Lead, you will be:

• Responsible for the end to end delivery of infrastructure outsourcing services to an end client;
• Engaged in day to day client stakeholder management to ensure services are delivered successfully and provide the intended value;
• Managing the commercial and financial health of the delivery supported by our team of functional specialists;
• Leading people across our global delivery network to support their personal growth

We are looking for experience in the following skills:

• Senior client and customer stakeholder management
• Leadership and management of geographically distributed IT operations teams
• IT service management acumen such as ITIL with experience of IT service desk and frontline operations
• Experience of IT operations across a range of data centre/public cloud and end user compute technologies
• Commercial and financial acumen with regard to the management of contracts with end clients and third-party providers
