You will carry out maintenance and repair to the estates Building Fabric and associated assets, delivering high-quality, customer-focused services across the University estate.
The role offers a generous salary scale (£27,757–£29,215 per annum, London Weighting) with progression potential to £29,827.
The Directorate of Estates and Facilities is responsible for the management of all Brunel's physical estate and provides a co-ordinated approach to developing, maintaining and adapting Brunel’s spaces to create an environment which supports the University mission. The primary duty of an Infrastructure Operative is to provide high quality maintenance services.

The Directorate of Estates and Facilities is recruiting for an Infrastructure Operative to join the Operational maintenance team. As an Infrastructure Operative, you will carry out maintenance and repair to the estates Building Fabric and associated assets.
As part of the Infrastructure Operatives team, you will provide a high-quality, professional and customer-focused maintenance service across the University estate. You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance, supporting a variety of trades and working closely with colleagues, Infrastructure Technicians and Infrastructure Delivery Managers.
