Qualifications

• Experience supporting live IT services or operational tech environments.
• Strong knowledge of AWS cloud, operating systems and networking.
• Exposure to CI/CD, automation, source control, or secrets management.
• Methodical troubleshooting and attention to detail.
• Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of Agile, DevOps, or ITIL ways of working.
• Direct experience with Jenkins, GitLab, AWX, Ansible, Nexus or Vault.
• Experience using ServiceNow or Jira.
• Relevant certifications (Cloud, Linux, DevOps, or ITIL).

Responsibilities

• Maintain live services and perform routine operational checks.
• Troubleshoot incidents and resolve service requests.
• Administer user access and onboarding requests securely.
• Create and maintain runbooks, support procedures, and user guidance.
• Support controlled technical changes, service migrations, and stabilization.

60/40 hybrid working from Birmingham/Bristol/Leeds/Manchester/Telford or Worthing

• Access Control: Administer user access and onboarding requests securely.
• Documentation: Maintain clear runbooks, support procedures, and user guidance.
• Tech Changes: Support controlled technical changes, service migrations, and stabilization.
