Job summary

Boltz is seeking a Software Engineer in Infrastructure to build and operate the core systems powering Boltz Lab for large-scale molecular modeling workflows. You will design and maintain reliable backend components, APIs, and data pipelines that support ML inference and production features.

You will collaborate with ML researchers, product engineers, and scientists to turn cutting-edge models into dependable services, owning foundational systems end-to-end in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• Strong backend experience in production environments.
• Experience designing scalable APIs and services.
• Proficiency with Python and/or TypeScript and Postgres.
• Hands-on experience with cloud and containerized environments (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate core backend and infrastructure components.
• Build APIs and scale ML inference workloads for large-scale workflows.
