As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will provide a deep level of technical knowledge and be responsible for designing, building, and implementing technical solutions to deliver business value and IT infrastructure roadmaps. You will own complex production incidents and problems, collaborating with other technical teams to troubleshoot and ensure complete resolution. You will coordinate initiatives to deliver service improvements, allocate tasks to colleagues, and ensure the completion of work to agreed quality criteria and timescales. Continually assess ways of working within the team to develop or revise artefacts and processes that improve team efficiency and effectiveness. You will serve as a role model within the team, providing mentoring and coaching to peers.
This role requires onsite presence in Coventry 2 days per week.
