Our client is a leading FinTech company that builds cutting-edge trading applications and platforms used worldwide.

They are seeking a Linux-focused Infrastructure Engineer to join their team.

This is a hybrid work contract, requiring 3 days a week in their Leeds office, inside IR35, paying approximately £500+ per day.

The role involves proactive support of the infrastructure, along with improvement, modernization, and automation projects.

You will work with Red Hat Linux, focusing on OS patching, and play a key role in upgrading RHEL from version 7 to 8/9.

Additional responsibilities include working with VMWare ESX, AWS, AWS EKS, some Windows and Active Directory, and promoting a DevOps and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) culture.
