As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering technical work packages from design to production, working closely with security, service, and management teams. Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of delivering technical work packages from design through to prototyping and production.
• Troubleshoot, solve problems, and script repeatable unit tests to ensure robust functionality, including edge cases.
• Support deployments through user piloting and early life support phases.
• Create and maintain accurate documentation to assist operational support teams and end users.
• Drive ongoing improvements to meet evolving technical and business requirements.
• Work closely with agile teams, sharing challenges and contributing to continuous improvement.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Advanced knowledge of Exchange, Mail protocols, MTA, and SMTP.
• Strong understanding of Border Sync.
• Expertise in Directory Services.
• Experience with Web technologies such as IIS and Apache.
• Proven ability to build and configure servers from the ground up.
• Solid understanding of Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Deep knowledge of DNS and PKI (Certificates, TLS).
• Hands-on experience with VMWare.
• Proficiency with Automation tools including DevOps tooling, Ansible, GIT, and YAML.
• Strong PowerShell scripting capability.
