Job summary

Lorien in London is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer (DV Cleared) to design, build and support secure enterprise infrastructure onsite five days a week. The role involves modernisation initiatives, focusing on security, resilience and performance.

The engineer will work across Linux, Windows/Azure, network, automation and cloud domains, collaborating with cyber specialists, vendors and broader engineering teams to deliver robust platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in enterprise infrastructure or network engineering environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating within a wider team.
• Knowledge of infrastructure operations, support and administration.
• Experience delivering technical solutions in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Designing, building, managing and supporting enterprise infrastructure platforms
• Ensuring the availability, security and reliability of critical systems
• Supporting infrastructure modernisation and migration programmes
• Automating processes and improving operational efficiency
• Troubleshooting complex technical issues and identifying root causes
• Producing and maintaining technical documentation, known errors and workarounds
