A Leading Financial services client seeks an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join their IT team in London. You'll be part of a global IT function managing infrastructure and providing support across UK/European operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain UK/Europe network infrastructure, including Cisco switches and Meraki Wi-Fi systems
2. Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line infrastructure and end-user support
3. Manage infrastructure including on-premises and cloud-based capabilities
4. Support Microsoft 365 environment and troubleshoot Office applications
5. Monitor system performance and implement improvements
6. Collaborate with global IT team on infrastructure projects
7. Strong infrastructure engineering background within an on-premises environment
8. Proven experience with Cisco networking and small global networks
9. VMware and Firewall technology expertise
10. Microsoft 365 administration
11. Video conferencing and telephony support
12. Windows 10/11, Active Directory, SharePoint
