Infrastructure Engineer - Azure – Marlow
£40,000 + Excellent Benefits | 100% Office Based

We are recruiting for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join a thriving organisation based in Marlow. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in brand-new offices as part of a well-established and rapidly growing business. With a strong presence across the UK and Europe, the company has been delivering innovative IT solutions for over 15 years and boasts a workforce of more than 200 employees. This 100% office-based role offers an excellent salary of £38,000 plus a superb benefits package.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide expert-level 3rd Line support and act as the final escalation point for technical issues

• Maintain and support the server and network infrastructure, ensuring high availability and security

• Lead infrastructure-related projects, including migrations and system upgrades

• Mentor junior IT staff and support team development

• Assist with compliance efforts including ISO27001 and Cyber Essentials+

What Experience is Required

• Proven experience in a similar 3rd Line Infrastructure or IT Support role

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking principles, and cloud technologies (e.g., Azure or AWS)

• Excellent troubleshooting abilities and a proactive approach to problem solving
