You'll ideally have at least 3 years working in a similar capacity, acting as the highest technical escalation point from the service desk team, completing Azure migrations, resolving complex technical issues including root cause analysis, and managing their wired & wireless networks, including switches, routers, and firewalls.

From a technical perspective, you'll have knowledge on Active Directory, Azure, Office 365, Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019, VMware/Hyper-V, and Microsoft Security, with a superb customer service focus.
