Job Description

Permanent Position Required: Infrastructure Engineer

My client, a not for profit organisation based in central London seeks an Infrastructure Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis.

Location: UK-based (2 days per week office attendance required)

The Infrastructure Engineer will:

Provide 2nd/3rd line IT support and infrastructure maintenance (30-40% of role)
Lead IT infrastructure projects and technical readiness activities
Perform root cause analysis and implement solutions
Manage cloud and on-premises infrastructure maintenance
Support security compliance and DR testing
Assist in cloud migration projects

The Infrastructure Engineer will have:

Experience supporting hybrid infrastructure (on-premise, hosted, cloud)
Strong knowledge of Office365 suite, Intune, Azure AD
Proficiency in Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Windows 11
Network security expertise (Firewalls, DNS, DHCP, Wi-fi, VLAN, VPN, Cisco Meraki)
Cloud platform experience (Azure)
ITIL certification (desirable)
Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
