The Role
We’re looking for a talented Infrastructure Engineer to join our growing Technology team in Horsham. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining, supporting, and developing our internal infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our systems and services.

Key Responsibilities
\t•\tManage and maintain core infrastructure including Windows Server, virtualisation (VMware/Hyper-V), storage, and networking.
\t•\tSupport Azure and on-premise hybrid cloud environments.
\t•\tDeliver infrastructure projects, upgrades, and automation improvements.
\t•\tMonitor systems performance, ensuring 24/7 uptime and reliability.
\t•\tImplement robust backup, disaster recovery, and patch management processes.
\t•\tCollaborate with the wider IT and DevOps teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

About You
\t•\tStrong experience in Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange/O365).
\t•\tHands-on knowledge of virtualisation platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
\t•\tProficient with Azure IaaS, security, and monitoring tools.
\t•\tNetworking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN, firewalls).
\t•\tPowerShell scripting or other automation tools a plus.
\t•\tExperience working in a financial services or regulated environment is advantageous.
