£45,000 - £55,000 Basic Salary Per Annum + 30 Days Holiday + Birthday Off + Hybrid Working

Are you an experienced IT professional with strong MSP background and a passion for delivering high-impact infrastructure projects?

We're hiring for an Infrastructure Project Engineer to join a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting over 75 diverse clients across the Thames Valley. This is a hands-on, project-focused role where you’ll lead on installations, migrations, upgrades, and more—from scoping to final delivery.

What you’ll be working on:

• End-to-end infrastructure projects (cloud migrations, server builds, network upgrades)
• Microsoft 365 implementations (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams Voice, Intune)
• Azure environments (especially Virtual Desktops)
• Network design & config (Firewalls, VLANs, Switches – Unifi experience a bonus)
• Hyper-V and virtualisation platforms
• Cybersecurity and compliance-driven projects
• Internal tooling and service improvement initiatives (AI, automation, RMM)

We’re looking for:

• 2+ years’ MSP project experience (must-have)
• Ability to scope and quote projects
• Strong understanding of Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Azure & networking
• Comfortable mentoring others and acting as a senior escalation point
• Experience with tools like ConnectWise PSA & NinjaRMM
