Responsibilities
  1. Provide 1st to 3rd line IT support, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  2. Install, configure, and maintain a range of IT hardware and software systems
  3. Assist with the setup of new user accounts, permissions, and passwords - namely within M365
  4. Manage and resolve IT support tickets, ensuring issues are resolved promptly
  5. Support remote users and ensure they have access to required systems
  6. Collaborate with the wider IT team to maintain system security and performance
  7. Contribute to ongoing IT projects and system upgrades

Attributes
  1. Proven experience in a wide-ranging IT support role (financial services or MSP experience would be great)
  2. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking
  3. Familiarity with IT hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.)
  4. Ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues efficiently
  5. Excellent communication and customer service skills
  6. A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt
