Salary: £35,560 – £36,783 per annum + £3,713 ICT Allowance
Rising to: £37,694 – £38,990 + ICT Allowance in August 2025

About the Role

Invest Northern Ireland is seeking a skilled Infrastructure Engineer to join our Internal Operations Division. In this pivotal role, you’ll support our hybrid cloud infrastructure, deliver expert technical support, and contribute to our digital transformation journey.

What They Need:

They are looking for candidates with recent experience (within the last 8 years) in some of the following areas:

Core Skills:

• Modern IT infrastructure: Active Directory Services, LAN/WAN, Microsoft OS.
• Hybrid cloud configuration and support: Azure and/or Microsoft 365.
• Troubleshooting in hybrid environments, managing service desk tickets, and providing both on-site and remote support.

Experience in at least two of the following:

• Enterprise-level network security technologies.
• Automation using SCCM and/or Intune.
• Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, Defender).
• Microsoft Hosting Server solutions (Hyper-V, Windows Clusters).
• Managing Windows 10/11 in a Hybrid Azure AD environment.
