The role:

As an Infrastructure Engineer your primary focus will be on providing day-to-day support for the server, desktop, systems & peripherals infrastructure across the organisation. This role includes managing Windows Server Microsoft environments, ensuring seamless networking, and utilising the Microsoft tech-stack. Your problem-solving skills will be crucial in maintaining the stability and efficiency of the IT infrastructure.

Ideal candidates will possess:

1. Proven experience in a similar Windows Systems Engineering role.
2. Proficiency in Windows Server operating systems.
3. Experience with Exchange Server, Active Directory.
4. Familiarity with the Microsoft tech-stack.
5. Strong networking skills, with an understanding of Microsoft and VMware technologies. TCP/IP, LAN, WAN etc.
6. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
7. Excellent communication skills.
8. Ninja One experience would be highly advantageous!
