Job summary

Hogan Lovells is seeking an Infrastructure, Energy, Resources and Projects Associate to join our London office. You will work on a broad range of transactional and project work in the infrastructure and energy transition space, including M&A, structured transactions and equity financings, and project development.

We offer a hybrid pattern with up to 40% remote work, 35 hours per week, and a collaborative, international team.

Qualifications

• 2–4 PQE in infrastructure, energy, resources and projects.
• Experience on transactional and projects work incl. M&A, structured transactions, equity financings.
• Leading City or US firm background preferred.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle wide range of transactional and projects work in infrastructure and energy transition.
• Manage transactions reporting to supervising partner.
• Develop use of new legal technology as appropriate for tasks.
• Build client relationships and work collaboratively with teams.
