Job summary

Hogan Lovells Cadwalader is seeking a senior IERP Banking Associate in London to provide financing advice on infrastructure and project finance transactions across global markets. You will lead transactions, manage deliverables and report to the supervising partner.

The role requires 5–7 years PQE, strong drafting and communication skills, and commercial awareness to meet client goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years post-qualification experience in infrastructure or project finance.
  • Strong academic background – minimum 2.1 degree.
  • Excellent written communication and drafting skills.
  • Proactive technical ability with understanding of relevant legal principles.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated commercial awareness and ability to meet client goals.

Responsibilities
