Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant investment banking or M&A advisory experience.
• Infrastructure & Energy M&A experience with UK/European exposure.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions across infrastructure and energy verticals.
• Lead financial modelling, valuation analysis, due diligence and transaction execution from origination to completion.
• Prepare client presentations, investment memoranda and transaction documentation for senior bankers.
• Manage Analysts and coordinate with clients, investors and external advisers across UK and European markets.
