We are currently working with a multi-disciplinary engineering practice based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, seeking to add an Infrastructure Design Engineer to their team.

The company has a reputation for providing consultancy services across major sectors, working on numerous projects for clients in both the public and private sectors.

Their services cover all stages of construction engineering, from pre-acquisition assessments to post-occupancy. They aim to deliver efficient, well-engineered design solutions with effective cost control, maintaining high standards of quality and service.

The successful candidate will join the Civil Engineering team to design highways, drainage, and external works on various projects, including new builds and refurbishments for public and private sectors.

The role involves:

1. Liaising with clients, project teams, and managing contracts.
2. Designing roads, drainage, and external works, including S38 and S highway schemes and S drainage schemes, with technical specifications.
3. Mentoring junior engineers to ensure design excellence.

The company embraces technology and BIM in their designs. Candidates should be comfortable with AutoCAD, Ground Modelling, Flow, WinDes, and ideally Civils 3D, Site 3D, Revit, and have knowledge of Flood Risk Assessment or Transport Planning.
