Pearse Partners have partnered with a Tier 1 Large Cap Infrastructure Credit fund who are hiring an Associate into their growing team in London.

The team are sector agnostic across Infrastructure but are especially active in digital Infrastructure and Renewables. The team have a high yield Infrastructure Credit strategy and Invest across the Credit capital structure targeting sub IG deals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct due diligence, financial modeling, and research on assets, companies, and industries.
  • Prepare materials for investment committees and third parties.
  • Source and evaluate new investment opportunities.
  • Monitor portfolio investments and interact with management teams and investors.
  • Support fundraising efforts and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

Qualifications:

  • Proven excellence in academics, work, and personal achievements.
  • 2–5 years of experience in banking or related fields (credit investing/project finance preferred).
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Exceptional communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in fast-paced environments.
  • Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills and long-term business growth focus.
